Carpentry company operating in the greater Tampa Bay area. Dante Woodson owns the trade and serves as principal craftsman; I joined as Managing Partner to own the backend — operations, tech stack, the scaling playbook.

We are explicit about who is the senior in the craft and who is the senior in growth. Dante trains and oversees; I build the systems that let the craft scale.

Prior: NewellsWork — B2B turnkey contractor services, project management, estimation and bidding. Half-dead now, but the playbook (and the scars) carried forward.

Strategic bet: prove the scaling playbook on DW Trim's proven craft business with existing customer base, then springboard follow-on ventures.
